Contribution paths
Contribute to Core when the change belongs to lifecycle, execution, artifact infrastructure, or a shared interface. Contribute to a pack when the change owns a standard, engine, fixture, or rule. Bring a reproducible failure, a bounded artifact chain, tests first, and the gate receipt.
External ownership
Agent scheduling, organization-wide policy adoption, external toolchain correctness, and operational response retain their own owners. For the product boundary and continuation path, follow the evidence-backed adjacent guidance.
